Delivery and Refund Policy

DELIVERY

  • Once your lessons have been paid for, you have confirmed your lesson as per the day and time arranged with LuiTennis.
  • If you have ordered a technical analysis, once your video and payment have been received, you will receive an email confirming this. Your technical analysis will be ready within 3-5 business days after the confirmation email has been sent.
  • Please keep a receipt of your payment as evidence.

REFUNDS

 

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds will be given in the following circumstances:

 

For coaching lessons (for fully paid lessons other than term lessons):

  • If you wish to cancel your lesson, please do so with 24 hours notice otherwise no refunds will be given.
  • If the coach is sick or absent on the day of the lesson without any prior notice given before the lesson commences, you may ask for the lesson to be rescheduled at no extra cost or for a full refund to be given.
  • If the court is deemed unsafe by the coach before the lesson has commenced due to rain, debris, hail, you may ask for the lesson to be rescheduled at no extra cost or for a full refund to be given.
  • If the weather is extreme such as gale force winds or extreme heat, you may ask for the lesson to be rescheduled at no extra cost or for a full refund to be given.

For technical analysis:

  • If you wish to cancel your technical analysis order, please email luitennis@gmail.com within 24 hours of submitting payment and state clearly that you wish to cancel it and for a refund to be processed.
  • If the coach cannot complete the technical analysis by the 5th business day after receiving payment, for any reason such as time constraints, illness, misfortune, accidental breakdown of equipment, you may ask for the lesson to be rescheduled at no extra cost or for a full refund to be given.
